Welcome to Roy's Property Maintenance Service.  Roy is a semi-retired and now  running his own maintenance service.  Roy has over 20 years of engineering experience in plumbing design, fire protection design, HVAC design, plant facilities design.  Roy is currently Certified in Plumbing Design by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers. We provide repair, regular maintenance service to residential and commercial accounts.

We do regular maintenance for homes or apartment building for owners.

What We Do

We provide handyman services to residential homes for owners that have a "laundry list" of items around the house they need to get done.  We are unique because we can be trusted and people actually give me the keys to their house. Our prices are very  -reasonable and we will give you a FREE ESTIMATE.

Plumbing/Rodding service. We replace old faucets and repair leaky or stopped up drain pipes. We also change out old water heaters that have worn out.

Sump Pump - Diagnose common sump problems and provide a solution for your needs.

Locksmithing - We change out locks on your door and do door adjusting for trouble doors that dont close right.

Drywall, Painting - We provide drywall repair and painting services. We do inside and outside painting.

Gutters - We clean gutters.

Storm Doors - We adjust or replace storm doors.
