Roy is semi-retired and now involved in his own maintenance service.  Roy has over 20 years of engineering experience in plumbing design, fire protection design, HVAC design, plant facilities design.   We provide regular maintenance service to residential and commercial accounts on an "AS NEEDED BASIS" .

What We Do

We provide handyman services (Home repair) to residential homes for owners that have a "laundry list" of items around the house they need to get done.  We are unique because we can do several different jobs that normally you might have to call serveral people.

Plumbing/Rodding service. We replace old faucets and repair leaky or stopped up drain pipes. We also change out old water heaters that have worn out.

Sump Pump - Diagnose common sump problems and provide a solution for your needs.

Locksmithing - We change out locks on your door and do door adjusting for trouble doors that dont close right.

Drywall, Painting - We provide drywall repair and painting services. We do inside and outside painting.

Gutters - We clean gutters.

Storm Doors - We adjust or replace storm doors.
